The purpose of this blog is to share your experiences in the chaos of the emergency incident world and, specifically, in the documentation which you have to provide. I hope we can collaborate intelligently and respectfully. Like others in this unique business, I like to share and learn.

I would like to start this conversation and give you the means to carry that conversation on, enrich it, personalize it and encourage it to take on a life of its own.

What I believe is that all the CWC products provide authenticity, honesty, and they deliver real, tangible value. We say that they are the best available means for you to record, document and evidence what you do, or advise others to do, to help yourself, your clients and your organisations in the environment of emergencies and chaotic incidents, where there are sometimes more questions than there are answers.

We have tried, through your previous contacts and feedback, to adapt and modify our products so that they more closely match your needs. That feedback has been invaluable to us but, more importantly, I hope it has given you innovative systems which help you to help others.
