INNOVATIVE DOCUMENTATION SYSTEMS

"Cruciform" Emergency Documentation System - Available in a number of languages and endorsed by clinical practitioners and major disaster specialists, it is highly regarded in pre-hospital emergency care and Major Incident response, both in the UK and abroad. It is also ideal for decontamination problems, as it enables casualty and clothing to be linked for forensic purposes as well as for tracing rescuers and hospital staff who may have been exposed. Now it also has CBRN-E “Flags”© to highlight those victims who may have been exposed to any of those agents and a Victim Location Tag© so the physical location of the victim can be “tagged” for subsequent police investigations.

"Cruciform" Priority Cleaning System - A completely new system for dealing with body fluid spills. A unique system, which allows safe and hygienic cleaning of a room or space, it will protect the contractor, room owner and any person who may occupy that space afterwards from any possibility of contracting a disease.

Firstaidform - The National Emergency First Aid Observation and Report Form© caters for those who attend and give first aid at the scene of an accident or illness by providing a numbered copy for family/hospital doctor, Ambulance service provider, Employer or contractor responsible for the first responder/first aider and the first aider him/herself.

Emergency Plans - Comprehensive, robust practical plans for dealing with major incidents and which address business continuity concerns. Plans can be easily tailored to meet specific requirements of NHS or Independent healthcare providers.

Emergency Log Book© - (ELB) fills the need for a definitive record for all staff involved in emergency duties. Designed for post holders, it allows a legal record to be created for future reference. This enables an organisation to fulfill its obligation to have an auditable record of information received and actions carried out for a period of a duty or for a more protracted and complex emergency incident.

Emergency Incident Record Book© (EIRB) is similar in content to the well known Emergency Log Book, but has fewer pages and a soft cover. It is intended as a more incident specific book.

Emergency Pocket Log Book© (EPLB) is similar in layout to either of the larger books above, but is designed to fit in a pocket or handbag. Ideal for operational staff in any emergency service to provide an auditable record of information received over a period and action taken. Comparable to a police officer’s notebook, it will protect staff from allegations of improper actions/advice or conduct.
