Together with the Firstaidform© (designed for first aid staff and first responders), CWC Services' log books are designed as a coherent group of products for dealing with incidents, injured persons and the administration of emergency incidents of any scale. Used across the UK NHS and internationally, our log books are designed for incident teams as well as managers, planners, administrators and other executives, maintaining the 'gold standard' of quality and rigour for over 20 years.

Our current range of log books are the best yet, incorporating GS1 barcodes to uniquely identify each book in accordance with international healthcare, resilience and legal requirements.     The Incident and Decision Log© (also known as the IDL©) fills the need for a definitive record for all staff involved in emergency duties who need to make decisions. Designed for post holders, or an ad-hoc group, it allows a legal record to be created for future reference. This enables an organisation to fulfil its obligation to have a record of information received and decisions made for a complex emergency incident, information for which may be contained within a number of books.

Designed for individual post holders, it allows a legal record to be created for future reference.     If you feel that the existing log books do not exactly meet your requirements, CWC Services can make customised (bespoke) books for your organisation. We can completely adapt our books to suit your needs. Developed products will be developed with the features of our existing products, with numbered pages and unique book numbering, with advice on Best Practice and FOI applications. We would recommend that this is standard as it ensures that your books are evidentially sound. Our existing standard books have been legally validated.
